二零一九年八月十日(周六) – 西岔溪熊溪谷半日輕鬆健行兼泡清涼溪水

〔健康靠自己，樂趣隨處有；情誼日漸增，記憶恆長久。〕唸七遍。

西岔溪谷近在咫尺，兩山夾峙，有溪水自七哩之外水庫奔流而至，平緩步道傍溪而行，古木夾道綠意參天，清晨行人置身其中，禽鳥鳴聲啾啾，溪水環石潺潺，享受天地造化清涼世界。

步行一哩，轉入熊溪谷荒野世界，沿溪而行，涉水跨溪，可重拾童年野趣之樂。更尋一處清涼水潭，濯足一小時清涼透身而還。

十級之二輕鬆健行。手杖、遮陽帽、走路鞋、零食飲水加上夾腳拖鞋泡水。

第一集合地點 時間： 清晨 7:00 地點：金葫蘆停車場（16409 Colima Rd. Hacienda Hts. , CA 91745 )

第二集合地點 時間： 清晨 7:30 地點：聖蓋博谷Gateway Center 停車場 (1950 N. San Gabriel Canyan Rd. Azusa, CA 91702). 　　39號路往北，過 Fwy210 後繼續北向走一哩，入山前往右大轉彎，右手邊房舍即是Gateway Ctr.， 　　　進入停車場集合。
